Located in the heart of Tuscany, 5 km from the city walls of Pistoia, a splendid city of art, Villa San Simone is an ancient residence, perched on the foot hills dominating the Florence valley ( 30 min. from Florence, 40 min. from Lucca, 50 min. from Pisa and the sea, 60 min. from Siena and Chianti area).
The Villa was built at the end of the 18th century on the remains of a medieval convent and a Romanesque church dating from 1000 a.d. and it took its name, San Simone.
Surrounded by a secular olive-grove and woods alive with deer and squirrels, it offers its guests an elegant but informal environment, and the relaxation of a large shady garden with breathtaking views, the panoramic swimming pool, and the delicious products of its organic vegetable garden.
Villa San Simone has been completely restored, furnished with antique and design furniture and provides every modern comfort (TVcolor, DVD,ADSL Internet ) in its six elegant and comfortable apartments, for 2 to 7 persons.
