Villa Leopoldina is characterised by a unique architecture you can only admire in the Tuscan countryside.
It was built in the 2nd half of the 18th century by the order of Santo Stefano’s knights, commissioned by the Grand Duke Leopoldo of Tuscany who wanted to complete the urban renewal of the Valdichiana area.
Roads were built and farms were developed forming “Casa Leopoldina”, which stood out for the presence of a central dovecote at the top of the pavilion roof.
Villa Leopoldina is ideal to organize unforgettable parties and ceremonies because it brings together nature, tradition, elegance and practicability offering different options suitable for every need.
It was restored in 2000 and is situated amongst 3 hectares of grounds surrounded by cypresses, respectful of Tuscan style.
The park is enhanced by a big mosaic swimming pool surrounded by travertine flooring and green spaces where you can put up a marquee to plan open-air events.
We also offer a large adjoining room (about 250sq. metres) to the villa which is of great value because of its antique arcade. On the inside, the room has antique brickwork and a raftered ceiling with flat tiles made of terracotta. It also has a spacious kitchen which can be used for catering and a toilet. Air-conditioned.
Outdoor car park for about 100 cars
