Morning and afternoon yoga classes of an hour and a half each taking place at poolsideembraced by nature or, in case of unfavorable weather, in comfortable indoor environments. The morning lesson will be aimed at greeting the new day and connecting to yourself through breathing. The body work, a combination of controlled breathing and asanas in series, will be on the rise over the three mornings. The sessions will end with final guided relaxation. The two afternoon classes will be dedicated to meditation and mind control through breath (pranayama). The teacher Clarissa has been practicing Ashtanga Yoga for over 13 years. After attending La Yoga Shala in Milan, one of the Italys most important schools, she made extended stays in India to regularly follow his teacher at his Ashtanga Saadhana school in Mysore.
