Historic houses in Varese, Lombardy

In Varese, Lombardy there are two certified historic hotels. They are in Lonate Pozzolo (Villa Porro) and in Rho (Borgo al Pozzo). Two more are under assessment for the Silver Crown.

Weddings are hosted at Villa Porro in Lonate Pozzolo and Borgo al Pozzo in Rho.

Meetings and corporate events are hosted at Borgo al Pozzo, in Rho.

It is the classification of Residenze d'Epoca. The Golden Crown comes after 50 monthly Quality Checks, the Double after 100 and the Triple after 150, and about one historic house in a hundred obtains it. The Silver Crown requires 20 Quality Checks a year.

A certified historic hotel has passed the Certification Protocol and shows the date of its latest Quality Check. One under assessment is already part of the Registro Italiano delle Dimore Storiche di Eccellenza, but is still completing the process.
