I Giardini di Villa Fago

The venue

200 years of history

Luxury villa · XIX century in Santa Venerina, province of Catania.

On the eastern slopes of Etna, between Acireale and Mascali, the Bosco d'Aci once spread thick with oaks and chestnuts. In the early eighteenth century those lands were granted to local entrepreneurs to plant vineyards, and in those years Villa Fago was built as the summer residence of an aristocratic family. In 2007 the landscape designer Tony Walford brought it back to life with six gardens, each with different planting. For weddings the villa opens these gardens and its inner salons, furnished in English style in pastel tones and lit by tall windows, with in-house kitchen and service and a team that coordinates every stage of the reception.
